AprilAire hanging kits are designed to suspend an AprilAire dehumidifier from beam or joist in locations where floor space is at a premium or impractical to use. Elevating your dehumidifier can help improve airflow when the unit is centrally located vertically. Model 5822 is a set of brackets that attach directly to the dehumidifier. It is smaller, lighter, and more cost effective than rigid frame handing kits, and it can support all AprilAire dehumidifiers. Also can support dehumidifiers with either leveling feet or casters. Maximum load weight of 200 pounds (90.9 kg). For residential attic and crawlspace use only. Not intended for overhead use in a living/occupied space.
