Eaz-Lift's Puck Style Adapter allows you to install a standard rail-mounted fifth wheel or gooseneck hitch to OEM installed puck systems. The adapter mounts to OEM puck systems and is compatible with 2016-2019 GMC and Chevrolet 2500 and 3500 pickup trucks that have an OEM puck system already installed. The adapter accepts Eaz-Lift Fifth Wheel Hitches (16k, 18k, 22k) (stationary and slider) (48623/4/5/6/7/8), as well as the Eaz-Lift Gooseneck Ball and Plate, Rail Mount (48554). A convenient split design reduces the weight of the components, allowing one person to lift, place, install and uninstall the Eaz-Lift adapter. Includes (2) puck adapter assemblies and associated hardware. Constructed of durable, powder-coated steel.
