The RI2A Hobby-DW, measuring 1Inch (2.54 cm) to 2 (5.08 cm), is a familiar Rose-Index with an added Degree Wheel, marked in 360-degree increments. Aligning it is straightforward: insert a machinist square into the Rose-Index's vee groove. As you push it into the part, it aligns with 0 degrees up and 180 down. We advise leaving only a few thou of stock protruding to prevent scratching the Degree Wheel. To rotate to your desired angle, line up the corresponding marks on the square.
