The Edge Pro Professional Model is the fastest and most versatile hand sharpening system available anywhere. It adjusts from 6 to 33 degrees, and infinitely in between, with indicator marks at the most commonly used angles. The Pro 1 professional knife sharpener kit will sharpen any length blade up to 5 ¼" wide. There are a few key components of this machine that gear it towards commercial sharpeners, and genuine sharpening fanatics. The heavy duty vacuum base will stick hard to any flat surface, and has an adjustable work height feature that makes sharpening for long periods of time more comfortable. It has a patented ramp system that allows the entire length of the stone to contact the edge when sharpening, this results in stones that stay flat longer, and last longer. The front stone holder is also spring loaded which makes changing stones fast and easy. You may consider upgrading with a Scissor Attachment when you purchase the Pro. With 130 degrees of adjustment it will give you the ability to sharpen any scissor, hair styling shear, plane blades (up to 2 ¼" wide), any length planer blade, loppers, pruners, flat chisels, and most gouges.
