This is a rare double die wheat penny from 1940 san fransico s mint mark error/ open 9 variety. The 9 is not closed and looks more like an upside down u and the s is double struck making the s and other words irregular. Ungraded and circulated but in my opinion is in f to xf condition. See photos.
