Seventy conversations unfold across 333 pages, each one an invitation to listen more deeply and live more consciously.Throughout this journey, I have written nearly fifty books, and while each one refined my voice, this project feels different. This work gathers the threads of everything I have learned and braids them into a single transmission of awareness elevated through attention.
