- PRODUCTION METHOD - “Live Oil” is a complex methodology created in collaboration with the University of Florence, that ensures the extra virgin properties of the oil are preserved throughout the entire production process, until the opening of the bottle. This means that you use an organic EVOO that has a high level of polyphenols, which are responsible for the longevity of the extra virginity of the oil and for its good smell and taste. The oil is grown in nutrient-rich volcanic soil in TUSCANY.
- FLAVOR PROFILE - This organic extra virgin olive oil has a rich mouth-feel and mild yet complex flavor profiles with notes of green olives, artichoke and cardoon. It is the only olive oil in the world to maintain its extra virgin quality and taste for almost three years. We bottle EVOO in a dark bottle using a special glass from Germany with a patented technology that blocks 99.9% of UV rays. The oil is bottled without any air in it which could oxidize the oil.

- CERTIFIED HIGH IN ANTIOXIDANTS - Manni Oil is scientifically certified high in antioxidants, by the University of Florence. It's an Organic Tuscan extra virgin olive oil that fights free radical damage and aging of the body. Our oil has 30% more hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives than recommended by the EFSA Health Claim as a Reference Daily Intake (RDI) to protect your health. We suggest to use this oil FRESH (as a condiment on pasta, steak, salad or steamed fish), don’t cook with it.
